Cancelling Your Order
We understand that plans can change — that’s why you can now cancel your order free of charge at any time, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
To request a cancellation, simply login to "My Account" and raise a claim. We’ll take it from there and update you as soon as possible.
- If your order is still within the expected delivery timeframe (2–4 days), a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers processing and payment gateway costs incurred after order confirmation.
- If your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe and is considered delayed, you can cancel your order free of charge.
- To request a cancellation, simply log in to My Account and raise a claim. We will review your request and update you as soon as possible.
Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you're still covered by our return policy if the product doesn’t meet your expectations.
